Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) with experience in IT Staffing / Staff Augmentation . The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in client acquisition, account management, and revenue generation through FTE, C2C, and C2H hiring models . The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and collaborating with recruitment teams to deliver staffing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities for IT staffing and staff augmentation services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with direct clients, vendors, and hiring managers .
- Work on FTE (Full time) , C2C (Corp-to-Corp) and C2H (Contract-to-Hire) staffing requirements.
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking .




- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Understand client technical requirements and coordinate with the recruitment/delivery team for timely fulfillment.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
- Maintain and update sales pipelines and CRM records .
- Conduct regular meetings with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships .

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, HR, or related field
- Experience working with domestic or international clients (US/India markets)
