About the Role We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT positions across various technologies. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing expertise, stakeholder management skills, and experience hiring for technical roles in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from requisition gathering to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen and evaluate candidates based on technical and business requirements.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Negotiate compensation packages and facilitate offer rollouts.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics and ensure timely closure of positions.




- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce planning and hiring priorities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and employer branding.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2-6 years of experience in IT recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong experience hiring for technologies such as Oracle, SAP, Java, .NET, Cloud, Data Analytics, AI/ML, DevOps, and ERP applications.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, and ATS tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced setting.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in recruiting for Oracle Fusion, EBS, Cloud, and ERP roles.
- Knowledge of contract, permanent, and C2H hiring models.
- Experience with global hiring for US, UK, Middle East, or APAC regions.
