Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for the Indian IT market across Permanent and Contract-to-Hire (C2H) hiring.

- Understand client requirements and technical job descriptions to identify the right talent.

- Source candidates through multiple channels including Job Portals, LinkedIn, X-Ray Search, social media, employee referrals, and other innovative sourcing techniques.

- Screen, validate, and assess candidates to ensure alignment with client requirements.

- Submit high-quality, well-qualified profiles within defined turnaround timelines.

- Build and maintain solid candidate pipelines for current and future hiring requirements.

- Coordinate with clients as the primary point of contact (SPOC) for requirement gathering, status updates, and recruitment delivery.

- Conduct headhunting for niche and hard-to-find technical skill sets.

- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and ensure timely follow-ups.

- Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to achieve monthly and quarterly hiring targets while maintaining quality standards.

- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and hiring practices in the Indian IT recruitment market.

Desired Candidate Profile





- Graduate in any discipline (B.E./B.Tech, BCA, MCA, MBA preferred but not mandatory).

- Experience in IT Recruitment for the Indian market (Permanent and/or Contract Staffing).

- Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical job descriptions.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, X-Ray Search, job portals, and alternate sourcing channels.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

- Strong stakeholder management and client handling skills.

- Ability to work independently while thriving in a collaborative team environment.

- Target-oriented with a proactive, go-getter attitude.

- Willingness to work from the office (Work from Office).
