Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Executive to support end-to-end recruitment for technical roles through staff augmentation (C2H). This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their recruitment career who is eager to learn, build sourcing expertise, and grow in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and follow-ups.
- Understand basic technical requirements and source relevant candidate profiles.
- Use job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) to identify and attract suitable candidates.




- Maintain regular communication with candidates and ensure a good candidate experience.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update recruitment trackers, databases, and reports.
- Support offer rollout and onboarding coordination.
- Work towards achieving assigned hiring targets and timelines.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in IT recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Basic understanding of IT roles and technologies.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel for tracking and reporting.
