About the Role We are looking for an IT Operations Engineer to support the rollout and day-to-day operations of our Mobile Device Management (MDM) platform. The ideal candidate will be responsible for device provisioning, endpoint management, hardware troubleshooting, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for employees.

Key Responsibilities

- Provision, configure, and enroll macOS, Windows, Android, and iOS devices into the MDM platform.

- Manage the complete device lifecycle, including device setup, MDM enrollment, maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, and employee offboarding (device recovery and secure data wipe).

- Administer and manage Jamf for macOS device management, including policy deployment, software distribution, security configurations, and compliance monitoring.

- Configure employee devices with the required applications, user accounts, VPN, email, and security settings.

- Enforce endpoint security policies such as password policies, encryption, application restrictions, and compliance requirements.

- Act as the primary point of contact (POC) for MDM vendors, coordinating issue resolution and product support.

- Troubleshoot hardware, software, operating system,



and MDM-related issues across corporate devices.

- Provide end-user support for device onboarding, migration, upgrades, and day-to-day technical issues.

- Collaborate with IT, Security, HR, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth device operations and compliance.

Required Skills

- 1-2 years of experience in IT Operations, Desktop Support, or Endpoint Management.

- Solid knowledge of macOS, Android, and basic Windows administration.

- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting for MacBooks and Android devices.

- Familiarity with MDM solutions such as Jamf for MacBook devices/ios devices

- Basic understanding of Google Workspace administration (user provisioning, groups, and endpoint management) is preferred.

- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. ( BTech can be added need to check )

- Experience with Apple Business Manager and Android Enterprise.

- Relevant certifications (Jamf, Apple or Google Workspace) are an added advantage.
