· Daily rounds of the hospital to check the computers and printers. If there is a problem with computers and printers, log the complaint and follow up the issue and make the report.
· Receive the phone complaints about hardware and software and note down and date wise. Log the complaint.
· Co-ordinate with hardware engineers and hardware vendors.
· Create a customized level of user rights and properly define the right time to time.
· Current creation in software first takes permission from seniors and discusses how to fall back on the logic of creation. In the absence of a senior, take help of a proper vendor if the emergency of work.
· Set the setup for projection with the Zoom meeting programs.
· Maintain all records of the hospital circular and set it safely.
