Location: Chakala, Andheri East

Working Days: 10am-7pm; Mon- Sat (4th Sat off)

Job Role

- Manage day-to-day IT operations including hardware, software, networks, and systems.
- Ensure availability, performance, and security of IT infrastructure.
- Provide escalation-level support for IT issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Coordinate with vendors for procurement, AMC, system upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor and maintain servers, backups, antivirus, firewalls, and data security.
- Implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Support ERP, project management systems, and other business applications.
- Conduct regular system audits and ensure compliance with IT standards.
- Prepare IT reports, asset registers, and documentation.
- Train and guide IT support staff and end users on systems and applications.
