Role Overview

Kyptronix is hiring a Technical Project Manager who can take complete ownership of software and digital projects from client onboarding to final delivery.

You will manage clients, developers, designers, QA teams, timelines, project scope, collections, and delivery quality.

This role requires strong technical understanding, client communication, leadership, and commercial awareness.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage multiple Web, Mobile App, AI Automation, SaaS and Digital projects.
- Own projects from requirement gathering to final handover.
- Convert client requirements into explicit tasks, milestones and delivery plans.
- Coordinate Developers, Designers, QA, Marketing and other internal teams.
- Conduct daily project reviews and track deadlines.
- Maintain project health, risks, blockers and dependencies.
- Communicate progress with clients regularly.
- Conduct client meetings, demos and requirement discussions.
- Control scope and prevent unnecessary scope creep.
- Prepare BRDs, SRS documents, user stories and project documentation.
- Manage Jira, ClickUp, Trello or similar project management systems.
- Coordinate testing, QA, UAT and production deployment.
- Ensure proper source-code, credential and documentation handover.
- Track project billing, collections and outstanding payments.
- Escalate delayed payments and project risks to management.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts.
- Handle client escalations professionally.
- Prepare weekly project reports for COO/CEO.
- Maintain accurate project dashboards and MIS.
- Ensure every project has clear ownership, deadlines and accountability.
