About Hello Park

Hello Park is an internationally acclaimed immersive indoor family entertainment destination that combines cutting-edge digital technology with physical play. Imagicaa Next Private Limited has secured the exclusive rights to introduce Hello Park in India, with its first flagship venue launching at Y Junction Mall, Hyderabad.

We are looking for an experienced and passionate IT Manager to join our Pre-Opening Team and play a key role in establishing and managing the technology infrastructure for Hello Park, Hyderabad.

Qualification

- Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology / Electronics / Computer Engineering.
- B.E. / B.Tech / MCA preferred.
- Certifications such as CCNA, Microsoft, VMware, ITIL, Fortinet, Cyber Security, Azure, or AWS will be an added advantage.

The IT Manager will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing the complete IT infrastructure and technology ecosystem of Hello Park, Hyderabad, from pre-opening through successful day-to-day operations. The role will oversee network infrastructure, servers, Wi-Fi, cybersecurity, POS and ticketing systems, payment gateways, CCTV, access control, RFID, audio-visual systems, projectors, LED screens, workstations, backups, and end-user IT support. The IT Manager will also work closely with internal departments, project teams, technology partners, and external vendors to ensure reliable, secure, and seamless technology operations across the venue.

Key Responsibilities





- Lead the complete IT setup and technology readiness during the pre-opening phase, including infrastructure planning, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover.
- Manage and maintain servers, network infrastructure, LAN/WAN, enterprise Wi-Fi, firewalls, workstations, backups, and other IT infrastructure.
- Ensure the smooth functioning and integration of POS, ticketing, payment gateways, RFID, CCTV, access control, projectors, LED walls, AV systems, and other technology-enabled attractions.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to all departments and ensure minimum downtime of critical systems.
- Implement and maintain cybersecurity, data protection, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity procedures.
- Monitor IT systems and infrastructure performance, identify potential issues, and ensure timely preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Manage IT vendors, AMC contracts, software licences, warranties, service agreements, and technology partners.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, hardware, software, licences, configurations, and inventory.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies, information security standards, data protection requirements, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with Projects, Operations, Finance, HR, Technical, Procurement, and external partners for technology requirements and smooth operational integration.
- Prepare and maintain IT MIS reports, system performance reports, incident reports, asset records, and other management reports.





Preferred Industry Candidates with experience in Family Entertainment Centres (FEC), Theme Parks, Hospitality, Hotels & Resorts, Retail, Shopping Malls, Multiplexes, IT Infrastructure, Audio-Visual Integration, Gaming, Entertainment, or other technology-driven customer-centric industries will be preferred.
