Role Description The IT Intern role at Contragenix Private Limited is a full-time, in office position based in Srinagar. The intern will assist with day-to-day IT operations, including monitoring network performance, supporting hardware and software installations, and helping maintain secure and reliable systems.

Responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving basic technical issues, supporting network security practices under supervision, and documenting incidents and resolutions. The intern will also provide user support and customer service for internal teams, collaborate with senior IT staff on ongoing projects, and follow company procedures and standards.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Information Technology and basic Troubleshooting to support day-to-day technical operations.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Administration to assist with monitoring, configuration,



and maintenance of network systems.
- Candidates should possess skills in Network Security to help implement and follow security best practices under supervision.
- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service skills to effectively support internal users and communicate technical information clearly.
- Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), hardware components, and common office software tools.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Ability to learn quickly, follow instructions, work in a team, and maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Good written and verbal communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
