Location : Mohali Type : Work From Office Key Responsibilities: Design, install, configure, and maintain IT hardware systems, including servers, storage devices, routers, switches, PCs, and other network equipment.

Assemble, test, and deploy PCs tailored to user requirements and organizational standards. Perform hardware troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repair to minimize system downtime and ensure optimal performance. Collaborate closely with software engineers and IT staff to integrate and optimize hardware and software solutions.

Monitor hardware performance metrics, analyze system health, and make informed recommendations for upgrades or replacements. Develop, update, and maintain comprehensive documentation for hardware configurations, policies, procedures, and inventory. Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards regarding hardware security, safety, and environmental guidelines.





Assist in the procurement process by evaluating and recommending new hardware technologies based on organizational needs and budget considerations. Provide technical support, training, and guidance to end-users and IT team members on hardware usage, best practices, and troubleshooting.

Qualifications Diploma in IT Hardware Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Electronics — highly preferred. Candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Highlights: Group Health Insurance for employees Work with a team of 300+ excellent engineers.
