Job Purpose:

To manage, maintain and optimize the school’s Apple technology ecosystem, ensuring reliable, secure and effective use of Apple devices and technology by students, teachers and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and maintain MacBooks, iPads, Apple TVs and other Apple devices.
- Configure, deploy and troubleshoot Apple devices across the school.
- Manage Apple devices through MDM and support Apple School/Business Manager.
- Provide technical support for macOS, iPadOS, applications, connectivity and peripherals.
- Ensure device security, software updates and compliance.
- Support teachers and students in effectively using Apple technology for teaching and learning.
- Conduct training and orientation sessions for teachers and staff.
- Coordinate with Apple/authorized service providers for repairs and technical issues.
- Maintain Apple device inventory, warranties and lifecycle records.




- Support integration of Apple devices with the school's network and other IT systems.
- Printing & Imaging Devices Troubleshooting and Maintenance.
- Coordination with HO IT Team for L2 & L3 support and reporting.

Key Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- Relevant 3 to 4 years of experience in Apple device administration and technical support.
- Apple certification such as Apple Certified Engineer / relevant Apple certification will be preferred.
- Experience with ADS School will be an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience in an international school/educational workplace will be an added advantage.
