Key Responsibilities:

✅ Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

✅ Provide technical support to end users and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.

✅ Manage user accounts, email configurations, and system access.

✅ Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

✅ Perform system updates, software installations, and regular backups.

✅ Ensure IT security by implementing antivirus, access controls, and data protection measures.

✅ Coordinate with vendors for hardware procurement, repairs, and AMC services.

✅ Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.





✅ Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure minimal system downtime.

Requirements:

✔ Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

✔ 1–3 years of experience in IT Support or System Administration.

✔ Good knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.

✔ Basic understanding of servers, firewalls, CCTV, biometric systems, and cloud services is an advantage.

✔ Solid analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

✔ Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
