About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented IT Executive to join our IT Infrastructure team. This role offers hands-on experience in managing day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and supporting enterprise-wide technology initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and peripherals.
- Support IT team in asset management and maintaining IT inventory records.




- Help troubleshoot connectivity and performance issues related to LAN/Wi-Fi, VPN, and printers.
- Contribute to IT documentation: SOPs, knowledge base articles, and system configurations.
- Assist with software licensing, updates, and patch management.
- Provide first-level support for email, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications.
- Participate in IT security awareness initiatives and assist in ensuring compliance with company IT policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth IT operations.

Qualifications & Skills

- 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or related field.
- Valuable understanding of computer hardware, operating systems, and networking concepts.
- Familiarity with Windows, Linux, and MS Office applications (knowledge of cloud platforms like Google Workspace / Office 365 is a plus).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to learn quickly, work independently, and adapt to new technologies.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
