We are looking for IT -Executive/Sr.Executive.

Responsibilities

- Daily monitoring of servers and network, firewalls, end point security
- Heading the unit IT and team leading.
- Executing IT requirements from various business departments
- Administering Windows Server 2022 (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, WDS, WSUS, printer pooling, Hyper-V, server backup, etc.).
- Configuring wireless routers and switches
- Providing technical support for desktops, LAN, and WAN troubleshooting.
- Configuring LAN ports.
- Wi-Fi Access management
- IT Support for CCTV Cameras
- IT tickets tracking and monitoring using ticketing tool
- Responsible for the Unit IT assets including hardware and licenses
- Creating Microsoft 365 mail accounts.
- Configuring intercom phones (IP phones and Analog phones).
- Resolving critical software and hardware issues.
- Administering computer-based tests.
