Role Purpose The Bidding / Tender Specialist will specialize in identifying, decoding, and responding to government tenders, private tenders, GEM Portal opportunities, and partner RFPs/RFQs. The role is critical in ensuring high-quality, compliant, and competitive proposal submissions that maximize win rates while supporting the broader sales team with technical content writing.

Key Responsibilities

- Tender Identification &
- Tracking: Actively monitor and participate in Government Tenders, Private Tenders, GEM Portal opportunities, and Partner RFPs / RFQs relevant to cybersecurity, VAPT, compliance, and managed security services.

- Requirement Decoding: Thoroughly analyse and decode tender / RFP / RFQ documents to extract scope, eligibility criteria, technical requirements, evaluation criteria, timelines, and compliance obligations.

- Proposal Preparation: Prepare complete techno-commercial proposals strictly in the prescribed formats demanded by the tendering authority or partner.

- Technical Content Support: Support the overall Sales team by writing high-quality technical content for technical-cum-commercial proposal documents.

- Compliance &

- Documentation: Ensure all bids are fully compliant with tender conditions, including statutory documents, certifications (CERT-In, CREST, ISO, etc.), financials, and technical annexures.

- Coordination: Coordinate with Pre-sales, Technical, Delivery, Finance, and Legal teams to gather accurate inputs within tight deadlines.

- Submission Management: Own the end-to-end bid submission process — online portals (GEM, e-procurement platforms),



physical submissions where required, and post-submission clarifications.

- Win Strategy Contribution: Contribute insights on competitor landscape, pricing strategy, and differentiation to improve win probability.

Required Qualifications &

- Experience

- Experience: 1–2 years of direct experience in participating in Government and Private tenders / bids, preferably involving GEM Portal, e-procurement platforms, or cybersecurity / IT services tenders.

- Education: Bachelor’s degree mandatory (any discipline); preference for candidates with technical or commerce background.

- Core Competencies: Robust analytical ability to decode complex tender documents, excellent technical writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under strict deadlines.

- Tools Familiarity: Hands-on experience with GEM Portal, CPPP, or other state/central e-procurement portals is highly preferred.

- Attributes

- Prior experience preparing bids for cybersecurity, VAPT, ISO implementation, or IT consulting services

- Ability to work closely with technical teams to extract and articulate solution capabilities

- Strong document formatting and version control discipline

- Familiarity with CERT-In, CREST, ISO 27001, and other relevant credentials that strengthen bid eligibility

- Proactive, organised, and comfortable handling multiple concurrent bids

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
