Role Description The IT_AI_Systems_Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi / Kochi. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems that support web applications, process automation, analytics workflows, and Gen AI tools within a MedTech manufacturing and Regulatory consulting workplace. The person in this position will manage system architecture, ensure data integrity and security, and build or integrate automation pipelines and dashboards for internal teams and client projects.

Daily responsibilities include developing and deploying web-based tools, configuring and fine-tuning AI/ML and Gen AI solutions, performing context engineering and prompt optimization, and monitoring system performance to ensure reliability and scalability. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional teams, documenting technical processes,



supporting troubleshooting, and continuously identifying opportunities to improve efficiency through technology.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in IT systems and web development, including experience with server-side and client-side technologies, APIs, and database management.
- Practical skills in process automation and analytics, such as scripting, workflow orchestration, dashboarding, and using BI or data visualization tools.
- Hands-on experience with Gen AI tooling and context engineering, including prompt design, model integration, and optimization of AI-driven workflows.
- Knowledge of software development best practices, version control, testing, documentation, and secure deployment in production or quasi-production environments.
- Ability to work with cross-functional teams in medical technology or related domains, translating functional needs into robust technical solutions.
- 2-6 years of relevant experience in IT systems, web development, process automation, analytics, or AI tooling; freshers with exceptional demonstrable skills and projects may be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a closely related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the capacity to manage multiple initiatives in a structured manner.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document workflows and explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with healthcare
