Job Title: IT, AI & Digital Media Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and creative IT, AI & Digital Media Executive to manage the foundation’s website, social media platforms and digital communication activities. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining online content, creating engaging digital materials, using AI-based tools and providing basic technical support for digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage, maintain and regularly update the foundation website with accurate information, including foundation services, doctors’ profiles, events, announcements and job vacancies.
- Manage the foundation’s official social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Create, edit and schedule professional posts, posters, reels, videos and health awareness content.
- Make effective use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI and other emerging technologies for content creation and digital productivity.
- Monitor social media activities, audience engagement, comments and messages and coordinate responses when required.
- Develop and support digital campaigns for foundation services, health awareness programmes, special events, recruitment and other organizational activities.
- Organize and maintain digital photographs, videos, graphics and other media files.
- Provide basic technical support related to the website, official email,



social media accounts and other digital platforms.
- Ensure that all published content is accurate, professional and aligned with the foundation’s communication standards.

Qualification & Skills

- Degree/Diploma in IT, Computer Science, Computer Applications, Digital Media or a related field.
- Positive knowledge of website management, preferably with experience in WordPress/CMS platforms.
- Good working knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube.
- Practical knowledge of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Canva AI and other AI-based productivity tools.
- Good skills in Canva, graphic designing, photo editing and basic video editing.
- Basic understanding of SEO, digital marketing and website analytics.
- Good communication, content writing and creative skills.
- Ability to create professional and engaging digital content.
- Strong interest in emerging technologies, AI and digital media.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software, AI tools and digital platforms.

Experience

1–3 years of relevant experience in website management, social media management, digital marketing, IT support or a related field is preferred.

Salary

Salary will be commensurate with the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and relevant experience.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
