Role Description This is a full-time, on-site IT & Admin role based in Udaipur. The IT & Admin skilled will oversee daily IT infrastructure operations, including monitoring networks, hardware, and software systems to ensure smooth functioning across office and field locations.

Responsibilities include handling user support requests, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, maintaining network security measures, and coordinating system upgrades and backups. The role will also manage IT assets and inventories,



assist with vendor coordination for IT services, and support administrative activities such as documentation, data management, and basic office coordination. The individual will collaborate with internal teams to ensure reliable connectivity and secure access for staff working with mining sites and operational hubs.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Information Technology and Troubleshooting to manage systems, resolve technical issues, and support end-users effectively.
- Candidates should possess competence in Network Administration and Network Security to configure, monitor, and protect local networks, VPNs, and internet connectivity.
- Candidates should possess solid Customer Service abilities to handle IT support requests, communicate clearly with team members, and provide timely resolutions.
- Relevant skills in hardware and software installation, basic server and cloud tools, and IT asset management would be beneficial.
- A diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, along with prior experience in IT support or system administration, is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site, manage multiple tasks, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with cross-functional teams is important.
