- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the In-Patient Department.
- Ensure smooth admission, bed allocation, patient transfer, and discharge processes.
- Coordinate with doctors, nursing, billing, TPA, MRD, pharmacy, housekeeping, and other departments.
- Monitor patient satisfaction, complaints, and service quality.
- Ensure proper staffing, discipline, attendance, and performance of IPD staff.
- Monitor bed occupancy, discharge delays, and overall IPD efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with hospital SOPs, NABH standards, infection control, and patient safety protocols.
- Handle operational issues and escalate critical matters to senior management.
- Prepare and review IPD MIS and performance reports.
- Conduct staff training and implement process improvements.
- Ensure effective utilization of hospital resources and maintain smooth coordination across departments.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
