Job Purpose To manage and support Invoice Finance customers throughout the facility lifecycle, ensuring accurate processing of funding requests, cash allocation, customer servicing, risk monitoring, and regulatory compliance. The role supports products including Factoring, Invoice Discounting, Confidential Invoice Discounting, Asset-Based Lending, and related working capital solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Customer & Portfolio Management

- Manage a portfolio of Invoice Finance clients.
- Maintain robust relationships with customers, Relationship Managers, Credit teams, and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to customer queries relating to funding availability, payments, settlements, facility maintenance, and account servicing.
- Support ongoing customer lifecycle activities including onboarding, amendments, renewals, and account reviews.

Invoice Finance Operations

- Review and process invoice uploads, funding requests, client transactions, and account amendments.
- Monitor client availability and funding utilization.
- Process payment requests within delegated authority limits and escalate exceptions where required.
- Handle client communications through shared mailboxes, telephone, and workflow systems.
- Maintain accurate records and system updates.





Cash Allocation & Reconciliation

- Identify and allocate incoming payments received via BACS, remittances, and cheques.
- Reconcile trust accounts and client ledgers.
- Investigate and resolve payment allocation discrepancies.
- Support daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliation activities.
- Ensure a complete audit trail for all financial transactions.

Credit Control & Collections Support

- Monitor aged debt and overdue invoices.
- Conduct customer and debtor follow-up activities.
- Support verification processes and collection activities for factoring clients.
- Escalate high-risk accounts and deteriorating trends.
- Provide portfolio reporting and management information.

Reporting & MI

- Produce operational and portfolio reporting.
- Maintain monitoring trackers and compliance records.
- Support management reporting, performance dashboards, and governance reviews.
- Analyze trends relating to funding utilization, overdue debt, and client performance.

Pay: ₹1,200,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year
