About the Role

We are looking for an Associate Product Manager – Fixed Income to support the growth and day-to-day management of fixed income products including Corporate Bonds, NCDs, Fixed Deposits, 54EC Bonds, and Unlisted/Pre-IPO instruments.

This is not a technology Product Manager or digital journey-building role. The position is focused on investment products, business coordination, transaction execution, and operational ownership across fixed income offerings.

Key Responsibilities

- Support and manage fixed income offerings across Corporate Bonds, NCDs, Fixed Deposits, 54EC Bonds, and Unlisted/Pre-IPO instruments.
- Track product availability, issuer pipelines, and relevant market offerings.
- Ensure products are ready for distribution and ongoing business requirements.
- Coordinate with issuers, distributors,



and external partners for product onboarding and continuity.
- Support business teams in scaling fixed income products and improving turnaround times.
- Own transaction execution across onboarding, documentation, execution, and settlement.
- Manage operational workflows and resolve execution-related issues.
- Work closely with business, compliance, technology, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth product execution.
- Maintain MIS on product volumes, transaction status, and pending cases.

What We Are Looking For

- 2–5 years of experience in Fixed Income, Wealth Platforms, Capital Markets, Bond Distribution, Product Support, or Investment Operations.
- Strong understanding of fixed income products and market offerings.
- Familiarity with Corporate Bonds, NCDs, Fixed Deposits, and other debt instruments.
- Understanding of transaction execution and operational workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Comfortable working with Excel, trackers, and issuer/partner platforms.
- MBA or bachelor’s degree in Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field preferred.
- Relevant NISM certifications are an advantage.
