Job Summary:

The Inventory Executive will be responsible for managing and optimizing inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock records, and supporting seamless supply chain operations

This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, conduct regular audits, and ensure accurate record-keeping using ERP/WMS systems

Demand Planning: Assist in forecasting inventory needs based on production schedules and sales trends

Procurement Support: Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely replenishment of raw materials and finished goods

Warehouse Management: Oversee storage conditions (FIFO/FEFO) and ensure compliance with safety & quality standards (GMP/ISO)

Reporting: Generate daily/weekly reports on stock levels, discrepancies, and aging inventory

Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement best practices for inventory optimization

Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Production, QA, Logistics, and Finance teams

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in inventory management software (ERP/SAP/WMS)



and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

Knowledge of warehousing best practices (FIFO, FEFO, Batch Tracking)

Understanding of supply chain processes in manufacturing (preferably in cosmetics/skincare)

Soft Skills:

Strong analytical & problem-solving abilities

High attention to detail and accuracy

Effective communication & teamwork skills

Ability to work under tight deadlines in a agile environment

Key Skills:

Store management, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inventory, Stock Handling

Education:

Any Bachelor s degree

Preferred Experience:

2-4 years of experience in inventory management, preferably in FMCG, Cosmetics, Pharma, or Personal Care Manufacturing
