Position Overview

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee and optimize inventory operations across our manufacturing units The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock levels, efficient warehousing, and seamless coordination with procurement, production, and logistics teams

This role plays a key part in maintaining the supply chain efficiency critical to our fast-paced manufacturing environment

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement inventory management procedures to ensure optimal stock levels of raw materials, packaging, and finished goods

Coordinate with procurement and production teams to forecast demand and plan inventory accordingly

Conduct regular physical inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies

Manage and maintain inventory management software and databases

Ensure accurate labeling, storage, and documentation of all materials

Monitor inventory KPIs (turnover rates, shrinkage, slow-moving stock, etc) and report insights to management

Lead a team of warehouse/inventory staff, ensuring adherence to SOPs and safety standards

Liaise with logistics and operations to ensure timely dispatch and stock replenishment

Hard Skills

Proficiency in inventory management systems (eg ERP, WMS)





Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

Knowledge of supply chain, warehousing, and manufacturing processes

MS Excel expertise (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, data analysis)

Soft Skills

Robust organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Leadership and team management capabilities

Key Skills:

Store management, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inventory, Stock Handling

Education & Certifications

Any Bachelor s degree

Preferred Experience

4-6 years of experience in inventory management within a manufacturing or FMCG environment

Experience in the cosmetics, personal care, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable

Proven track record of managing inventory in a fast-paced production setting
