We believe that strong operational excellence starts with effective inventory management and are looking for a skilled Inventory Control Manager to join our growing team

Position Overview:

The Inventory Control Manager will oversee all aspects of inventory accuracy, tracking, and optimization across our manufacturing and warehousing operations

This role ensures that materials and finished goods are efficiently managed to meet production demands and client deliveries while minimizing waste and holding costs

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, implement, and manage inventory control systems, policies, and procedures

Oversee daily inventory operations including raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods

Ensure accurate inventory records through regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation

Coordinate with procurement, production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure inventory availability and accuracy

Identify and resolve inventory discrepancies and root causes

Maintain inventory levels in alignment with production forecasts and client demands

Implement best practices to reduce inventory holding costs and improve space utilization

Generate inventory reports and KPIs for management review

Manage inventory software and tools (eg ERP systems)

Train and supervise warehouse and inventory staff

Required Qualifications:

Hard Skills:

Proficiency in inventory management software (eg ERP, SAP, Zoho Inventory)





Strong knowledge of supply chain and warehouse management principles

Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas)

Data analysis and inventory forecasting abilities

Understanding of GMP, ISO, and quality standards in cosmetic manufacturing

Soft Skills:

Excellent organizational and analytical skills

Strong attention to detail

Leadership and team management abilities

Effective communication and coordination across departments

Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure

Key Skills:

Store management, Raw Material, Packaging Material, Inventory, Stock Handling

Education & Certifications:

Any Bachelor s degree

Preferred Experience:

5+ years of experience in inventory control or supply chain management

Experience in the FMCG, cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, or personal care manufacturing industry is highly desirable
