- Assist in recruitment and selection activities, including sourcing and screening candidates.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain candidate records.
- Prepare and maintain employee documentation and HR records.
- Assist with joining, onboarding, and induction processes.
- Support attendance, leave, and employee database management.
- Assist the HR team in preparing reports and MIS.
- Coordinate with employees regarding HR-related queries.
- Support employee engagement activities and internal HR initiatives.
- Assist in drafting offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documents.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee and company information.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Positive command of MS Office, especially Excel and Word.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Educational Qualification MBA/PGDM in HR, BBA, B.Com, or any relevant graduation. Students pursuing HR-related courses may also apply.
