We are looking for a versatile Marketing Designer to support our marketing, SEO and content teams across website pages, social media, campaigns, videos and brand collateral. The ideal candidate should have solid visual design fundamentals, be comfortable working across multiple formats, and be able to independently take a brief from concept to final delivery.

Key responsibilities Website and SEO design

Design responsive landing pages, SEO pages, campaign pages and website sections.

Convert content and SEO briefs into clear, engaging layouts.

Create illustrations, infographics, charts, banners and blog visuals.

Prepare developer-ready designs in Figma and review implementation quality.

Apply strong visual hierarchy and conversion-design principles.

Optional: Social Media and Campaigns

Create social-media posts, carousels, paid-ad creatives and campaign assets.

Adapt campaign concepts across multiple formats and platforms.

Build reusable templates for recurring marketing requirements.

Work with marketers and copywriters to turn messages into strong visual stories. Video and Motion (Optional)

Edit short-form videos, product demos, customer stories and social clips.

Create basic-to-intermediate motion graphics, animated text and transitions.

Add captions, music and brand elements to video content.

Repurpose long-form content into shorter social-media videos. Brand and marketing collateral

Create presentations, case studies, ebooks, reports, one-pagers and event materials.





Maintain consistent branding across website, social, video and sales collateral.

Organise design files, templates and reusable brand assets. Requirements

Familiar with marketing design, visual design, communication design or a related role.

Strong portfolio covering

Website or landing-page design.

Social-media or campaign creatives.

Brand and marketing collateral.

Video editing or motion graphics.

Strong working knowledge of Figma.

Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator.

Working knowledge of After Effects and Premiere Pro, or equivalent tools.

Strong understanding of typography, layout, colour, composition and visual hierarchy.

Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.

Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.

Comfortable working full time from the Bengaluru office. AI awareness

Basic familiarity with AI-assisted design, image or video tools.

Ability to use AI for ideation, visual exploration, editing or faster asset production.

Good judgement when reviewing and refining AI-generated output.

Awareness of confidentiality, copyright and brand-safety considerations.

AI expertise is not mandatory. Strong design fundamentals and portfolio quality are more important. Good to have

Familiarity with fintech, payments, B2B SaaS or technology companies.

Familiar with designing conversion-focused landing pages or paid-ad creatives.

Familiarity with Webflow, Framer, WordPress or similar platforms.

Basic understanding of HTML and CSS.

Experience working with UK or international audiences. Portfolio requirements

Candidates should share

One or two video or motion-design examples.
