Roles and Responsibilities :

- Handle international calls from clients across various countries, providing exceptional customer service and resolving their queries efficiently.

- Process customer requests, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members when necessary.

- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software or other tools.

- Meet performance targets for quality metrics such as first-call resolution rate, average handling time, and customer satisfaction ratings.

- 5 days working

- 2 rotational weeks off

- Cab is available

- 12th and above is accepted

- Upto 15KM distance is accepted

- Chennai, Kovilambakkam Location

Job Requirements :

- 0-5 years of experience in an International BPO/Call Center setting.

- Excellent communication skills in English language (spoken) with ability to understand diverse accents and dialects.

- Proficiency in handling international voice processes including international calling protocols.

- Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
