Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound calls with US customers.
- Communicate professionally and confidently in English.
- Follow approved call scripts and process guidelines.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate assistance.
- Maintain accurate call and customer records.
- Achieve defined quality, productivity, and performance targets.




- Follow company policies and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements
- Good spoken English and communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with international/US customers.
- Good listening and comprehension skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts as per business requirements.
