Shift: Rotational Night Shifts

Working Days: 5 Days Working + 2 Rotational Week Offs

We are hiring freshers and graduates for an International Voice Process Healthcare role. Candidates should have good communication skills and be comfortable working in rotational night shifts.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle international customer calls professionally.
- Understand and resolve customer queries related to healthcare services.
- Provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and communication.
- Follow company policies and process guidelines.

Eligibility

- Education: 10+2 / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers can apply.
- Good English communication skills.




- Comfortable working in rotational night shifts.
- Willingness to work 5 days a week with rotational week offs.

Salary & Advantages

- CTC: 3 LPA
- Approx. Monthly Salary: 18,000

- Daily Allowance: 175/day
- Approx. 3,850/month for 22 working days
- Performance Incentive: Up to 2,500
- Cab Facility: One-way cab facility within a 25 km radius.
- Candidates opting for the cab facility may receive an applicable 2,000 allowance adjustment/benefit as per company policy.
