Eligibility

* Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate

- Freshers & Experienced Candidates can apply
- Excellent English Communication Skills
- Willingness to work in Night Shifts

Salary Package

Freshers

- CTC: 3 LPA
- Take Home: 18,000/month

Experienced

- CTC: 4 LPA
- Take Home: 24,000/month

Transport & Allowances

* Cab Facility: Available up to 18 KM

- If using cab: Cab facility provided; no additional 2,000 allowance
- If not using cab: 2,000 extra provided
- Daily Allowance: 175 per day
- For 22 working days: approximately 3,850/month

Incentive

* 2,500 incentive

Key Responsibilities

* Handle international customer queries through voice calls

- Provide accurate information and resolutions
- Maintain skilled communication with customers
- Meet quality and productivity targets
- Follow process guidelines and company policies
