Position: International Voice Process – Customer Support

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused fresh graduates to join our International Voice Process team. The role involves interacting with international customers over the phone, understanding their queries, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound calls from international customers.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate and timely resolutions.
- Maintain professional communication and deliver excellent customer service.
- Follow defined processes, quality standards, and company guidelines.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant information in the system.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.
- Meet individual and team performance targets.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate can apply.




- B.E / B.Tech candidates are not eligible for this position.
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills.
- Willingness to work in a night shift.
- Comfortable working in a customer-facing voice process.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Work Schedule:

- 5 Days Working
- Night Shift
- Weekly offs as per business requirements

Salary: ₹3.5 LPA
