Position: International Voice Process Executive

Experience: 2–5 years in International Voice Process / International BPO / Customer Support.

Location: Wadgaonsheri, Pune

Work Mode: Work from Office

Shift: US Shift / US Business Hours

Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA, depending on experience and interview performance

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced International Voice Process Executive with strong spoken English and excellent communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling international customers over voice calls and providing professional, timely, and effective support.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and/or outbound calls with international customers.
- Communicate professionally with customers from the US.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
- Resolve customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Accurately document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Follow defined process guidelines, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Achieve assigned productivity, quality,



and customer service targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Prior experience in International Voice Process is mandatory.
- Excellent spoken English and verbal communication skills.
- Positive listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with US customers.
- Comfortable working in US shifts / US business hours.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/ticketing systems.
- Customer-focused approach with good problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet performance targets.

Note:

Candidates to manage their own commute, as company transportation is not provided.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
