Job Summary
We are hiring experienced candidates for an International Travel Voice Process in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and at least 12 months of experience in an International Voice Process.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for an international travel process.
- Assist customers with travel-related queries and provide appropriate solutions.
- Maintain qualified and effective communication with customers.
- Resolve customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Follow process guidelines and maintain required quality standards.
Minimum 1 year of International BPO Voice Process experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in rotational shifts.
- Candidates with relevant international voice experience will be preferred.
Salary & Benefits
- Salary: Up to ₹32,000 in hand per month
- Transport: Both-side cab / TA
