We are hiring International Sales Executives for an inbound voice sales process in the telecom domain.

The role involves handling inbound calls from US-based customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable telecom products/services, and converting calls into successful sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from US customers
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services
- Convert leads into sales through effective communication and persuasion
- Build rapport with customers and confidently close sales
- Achieve assigned sales and conversion targets
- Handle customer queries professionally
- Work across different telecom processes based on project requirements





Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of International Sales experience
- US Sales experience preferred
- Inbound voice sales experience is preferred
- Telecom sales experience will be an advantage
- Excellent spoken English and communication skills
- Clear pronunciation, good grammar and natural conversational flow
- Solid convincing and negotiation skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a target-oriented environment

Mandatory English Communication Requirement Candidates must be able to speak fluently and confidently in English for at least 2 minutes on a general topic without hesitation.

Candidates with average or below-average spoken English communication will not be considered.
