Role Description The International Purchase Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and managing international suppliers for organic ingredients and products, negotiating contracts, and ensuring compliance with quality and regulatory standards. Daily activities include coordinating import documentation, monitoring shipment schedules, tracking inventory levels, and optimizing purchasing costs while maintaining product quality.

The manager will collaborate with production, quality assurance, and finance teams to align purchasing plans with demand forecasts and budget targets. The role also involves continuous market research on global organic product trends and developing long-term supplier relationships to support growth.

Qualifications

- Experience in international purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain management, preferably in food, FMCG, or organic products.
- Strong skills in supplier negotiation, contract management,



and vendor relationship building.
- Knowledge of import regulations, documentation, INCOTERMS, and basic international trade compliance.
- Ability to analyze pricing, cost structures, and market trends to support data-driven purchasing decisions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic ERP or procurement software tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, International Trade, or a related field; relevant certifications are an advantage.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Commitment to quality, food safety, and the principles of organic and preservative-free products.
