About the Role

We are seeking experienced Indian healthcare professionals (Physiotherapists, Nurses, Medical Professionals, and Allied Health Experts) currently practicing abroad, in countries such as Germany, Japan, China, Australia, UAE, Canada, UK, Recent Zealand, or other international locations to join us as Remote Mentors.

In this role, you will guide and inspire the next generation of healthcare students and professionals in India by sharing your practical expertise, career insights, and personal experience of establishing an international career.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct online mentoring sessions, guest lectures, or interactive webinars (adaptable schedule: once a week, twice a month, or as per your convenience).

Guide aspiring professionals on international licensing/registration processes, language requirements, and clinical standards in your country of practice.





Share firsthand experience regarding cultural adaptation, work culture, and career progression overseas.

Requirements

Indian-trained healthcare professional currently practicing in Germany, Japan, China, Australia, or any other international location.

Strong communication skills and a passion for teaching, mentoring, and student development.

Ability to commit to flexible hours based on your personal availability and convenience.
