Experience

- Minimum 1 year of relevant BPO experience preferred
- Candidates with Customer Support or Sales experience are encouraged to apply

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat and occasional calls
- Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies
- Maintain high customer satisfaction levels
- Use CRM tools efficiently
- Communicate with international customers across different time zones
