Are you passionate about the diamond industry and experienced in international sales? We're looking for a dynamic International Diamond Sales Manager to drive global business growth, build long-term client relationships, and expand our presence in international markets.

What You'll Do

- Develop and manage relationships with international diamond buyers and wholesalers.
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities across global markets.
- Handle the complete sales cycle—from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and commercial agreements.
- Coordinate with production, logistics, and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Monitor international market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings when required.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly,



and annual sales targets.

What We're Looking For

- 3+ years of experience in International Diamond Sales.
- Strong knowledge of diamond grading, pricing, certification standards, and international diamond markets.
- Existing network of international diamond buyers will be a solid advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Willingness to travel internationally when required.
