About the Role:

IES Group is looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven International Relations & International Programs Manager to lead the development and management of international education programs, institutional partnerships, and strategic collaborations, with a strong focus on Germany.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the international education ecosystem, particularly German higher education, internships, and student mobility. The candidate should be capable of taking initiatives from initial stakeholder engagement and concept development through partnership formation, program implementation, and long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Institutional Partnerships & Outreach: Identify, target, and pitch to engineering colleges, universities, and technical institutes to establish partnerships for the Germany Global Immersion Programme.
- Student Recruitment & Admissions: Drive student enrollments to meet quarterly/annual admissions targets for international immersion cohorts.
- Counseling & Presentations: Conduct online and on-campus seminars, workshops, and information sessions for students and academic leads regarding program highlights (hands-on tech,



German university visits, industry linkages, and international certifications).
- Lead Generation & Management: Manage end-to-end sales, from initial outreach to closing applications ahead of key deadlines.
- Relationship Management: Maintain robust rapport with key academic heads (Deans, HODs, Placement Officers) to secure institutional endorsements and repeat student delegations.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns, webinars, and promotional activities tailored for LinkedIn, college networks, and direct channels.

Requirements & Qualifications:

- Experience: 25 years of experience in Business Development, Admissions, or Institutional Sales within EdTech, Study Abroad, or Higher Education sectors.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Sales Acumen: Proven track record of consultative sales, recruitment targets, and B2B/B2C client acquisition.
