Shift: US Shift (Rotational)

Work Schedule: 5 Days Working (Night Shift)| 2 Days Rotational Week Off

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Customer Support Executives for the International Voice Process. The candidates will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer support to US customers while ensuring adherence to quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound international customer calls professionally

Provide accurate resolution for customer queries related to Adobe products

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality

Meet defined productivity, quality, and compliance metrics





Maintain clear and effective communication with customers

Eligibility Criteria

- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of any experience
- Skills & Competencies:

Excellent verbal and written English communication

Strong US/UK accent comprehension

Basic technical knowledge

Customer-centric approach with robust problem-solving skills
