Eligibility Criteria For Chat Process:
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
- Valuable typing speed
- Graduate & Undergraduate both can apply
- Minimum 9 months international BPO customer service experience is mandatory.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle international customer queries via chat professionally.
- Provide accurate information and resolve issues within defined SLAs.
- Maintain customer satisfaction and follow process guidelines.
- Document interactions and update systems accordingly.
