We are hiring export sales manager & executives who will be responsible & handle Sales & Business Development of Skin Care, Cosmetics, Personal Care, Oral Care products in India as well as International Market for developing export business of the company with minimum 5 to 6 years experience in export sales and marketing with Good communication skill and product knowledge must

Roles & Responsibilities:

Searching for Buyers through various options and skills to Develope Business

Generating Business Lead: Finding overseas leads relevant to our products

Deals with the Client: Convert potential leads into successful business

Communicate with clients effectively via e-mail, Skype, and WhatsApp etc

Coordinate with documentation department for export documentation preparation

Handling B2B sales on Domestic Portals such as Indiamart, Tradeindia

Handling B2B Sales on International Portals such as Alibaba com etc

Should have Customer Service or Bulk Sales Experience

Candidate should be confident of Generating Sales and willing to earn Commission every month

Candidate will be the reference person to secure the success of business developments, conducting conversations, negotiations, fluid exchange of emails, conference calls, and personalized meetings

Candidate will be requested to travel to different exhibitions, events,



customer s offices, and sites, whenever needed The Work

You could be:

Studying the market in the target country or countries

Identifying new markets for exports and developing new business accounts

Planning a sales campaign suited to that country and current consumer trends

Meeting with Clients in India or Overseas / Globally

Negotiating the sale terms and meeting sales targets

Organizing licenses and other legal requirements for certain products

Managing administration, such as orders, contracts and export documents

Troubleshooting to sort out any problems with the exports

MS Office / MS Excel

Positive English Communication

Email and use of Other communication tools

Qualifications

Any Graduate with 6-10 years experience in Sales & Marketing Cosmetic & Skincare products

Any Graduate/Post Graduate
