WE ARE HIRING | International Business Development Executive (Engineering Exports)

Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat

Experience: Minimum 2–3 years

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹50,000 per month + Performance Incentives

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented International Business Development Executive to help us expand our global customer base and develop new export markets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new international customers, distributors, and business partners
- Generate leads through LinkedIn, Google, trade directories, exhibitions, and other B2B platforms
- Handle international enquiries, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships with overseas customers
- Conduct online meetings and communicate professionally with international clients
- Research recent markets and identify potential business opportunities
- Maintain CRM records and achieve business development targets

Requirements ✅ 2–3+ years of experience in International Sales / Export / Business Development

✅ Experience in B2B sales or engineering/industrial products preferred

✅ Excellent spoken and written English communication

✅ Strong lead generation, research, negotiation, and follow-up skills

✅ Good understanding of international business and export procedures





✅ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools

✅ Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented

✅ Willingness to learn technical products and develop new markets

Location Requirement

Candidates currently based in Ahmedabad or candidates who are genuinely willing to relocate to Ahmedabad will be preferred.
