We are looking for talented professionals to join our Internal Audit & IFC (Internal Financial Controls) team in Bangalore, Gurugram & Okhla locations

Positions

- Internal Audit & IFC – Executive / Senior Executive
- Candidates with B.Com, MBA (Finance), CA Inter or CA Dropout qualifications are welcome.

Experience

- 0–3 years of relevant experience
- Experience in Internal Audit, IFC, Statutory Audit, Risk Advisory or Finance will be preferred.
- Freshers with strong accounting and auditing fundamentals may also apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in execution of Internal Audit and IFC assignments
- Understand and document business processes and controls
- Perform process walkthroughs and control testing
- Identify control gaps, risks and process improvement opportunities
- Prepare audit working papers and supporting documentation
- Draft audit observations with risk, root cause, impact and recommendations
- Coordinate with client teams for data and information
- Assist in preparation of Internal Audit and IFC reports




- Follow up on management action plans and closure of audit observations

Skills Required

- Good understanding of Accounting, Auditing, Internal Audit and IFC concepts
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
- Ability to interact with client teams professionally
- Willingness to travel for client assignments, where required

Preferred Background

Candidates from CA firms, Big 4, consulting firms, Internal Audit, Risk Advisory or Finance functions will be preferred.
