Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and ensure the implementation of approved procurement contracts
- Lead commercial negotiations and draft contractual agreements with suppliers
- Perform financial analysis on supplier proposals and RFPs for various projects, products, and services
- Build and maintain robust relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to solve problems and guarantee high-quality,



reliable sources of supply and information
- Facilitate communication with hotels, suppliers, and internal departments
- Assist in the processes for new supplier and product approvals

Profile Required

- Degree/Diploma/Specialization in Supply Chain Management
- Interest in the procurement function
- Analytical mindset with Excell proficiency
- Proactive and self-motivated
- Highly organized, responsible and accountable
- Resilient and adaptable
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Fluent in English – any other languages are desired

The position will be located in the Radisson Hotel Group Office in Delhi, and report directly to the Strategic Sourcing Senior Manager.
