About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Interns who are eager to begin their careers in a customer-facing role.

This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to working with customers, understanding their requirements, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. High-performing interns will have an opportunity to transition into a full-time role upon successful completion of the 3-month internship.

What You'll Do:

- Interact with customers through calls, emails, chat, and other communication channels.
- Understand customer questions, requirements, and concerns patiently.
- Help customers resolve their queries and guide them towards the right solutions.
- Follow up with customers and ensure their issues are addressed.




- Build positive relationships with customers through clear and skilled communication.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues when required.
- Learn and follow established customer support and success processes.
- Maintain accurate records and updates related to customer interactions.

What We're Looking For:

- 2025 or 2026 graduate from any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and handling conversations professionally.
- Good listening skills with the ability to understand customer needs.
- Patient, empathetic, and willing to help customers.
- Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working in shifts, depending on business requirements.
