Purpose of the Role

Infinity Learn is seeking an energetic, detail-oriented YouTube Operations Intern to support our high-scale digital content engine. You will work closely with the content, production, and marketing teams to manage the backend execution of live streams, analyze competitor channels, track EdTech trends, and drive end-to-end promotional activities across YouTube and Instagram.

Key Responsibilities & Scope of Work

1. Channel Operations & Video Publishing

Metadata & Uploads: Manage end-to-end scheduling and publishing of long-form lectures, Marathon sessions, and short-form content. Assist in drafting SEO-optimized video titles, descriptions, and tags.

Thumbnail Coordination: Work with the graphic design team to secure high-CTR thumbnails and channel art assets on tight deadlines.

2. Content Strategy & Trend Analysis

Trend Tracking: Stay deeply aware of general social media trends as well as specific EdTech trends. Use these insights to ideate community posts, Shorts, Reels, and long-form video concepts.

Competitor Analysis: Regularly monitor competitor channels and NTA/Board updates to assist the team in quick-turnaround content planning and strategy.

3. Promotional Activities & Scriptwriting

Promotional Campaigns: Be actively involved in all promotional activities, ensuring seamless cross-promotion across YouTube, Instagram, and Telegram communities.

Scripting & Event Coverage:



Write and refine scripts for specific channel events, promotional ads, and viral short-form content (subject hacks, exam news).

4. Live Stream Operations & Support

Stream Monitoring: Monitor active YouTube Live sessions to ensure technical stability, proper audio/video sync, and smooth stream health metrics.

Community Engagement: Moderate live chat streams, pin important updates, and manage viewer interactions in real-time.

Candidate Eligibility Criteria

Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelors or Master’s degree from a recognized institution.

Platform Knowledge: Familiarity with the YouTube Studio dashboard, Instagram algorithms, basic video SEO principles, and a strong understanding of the K-12, NEET, or JEE exam landscapes.

Content Skills: Strong writing skills for drafting scripts and community posts, paired with a creative eye for what works on social media.

Soft Skills: High ownership, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
