Job Summary

Speedways Electric is seeking driven, enthusiastic Freshers and Interns to join our Business Development team at our Gurgaon office. This role is an ideal entry point for individuals looking to start a career in B2B sales and strategy within the fast-growing Electric Vehicle (EV) industry. You will work closely with senior leadership to generate leads, pitch mobility solutions, and build long-term business partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation & Market Research: Identify prospective corporate clients, commercial fleet operators, distributors, and institutional buyers through web research, directories, and field mapping.
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Initiate initial contact via phone, email, and qualified networks (LinkedIn) to present Speedways Electric's product catalog and qualify leads.
- Meeting Coordination: Schedule product demos, virtual pitches,



and field meetings for the senior Business Development team.
- Proposal & Deck Preparation: Assist in drafting customized business proposals, commercial quotes, and sales presentation decks.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain daily outreach records, update client contact databases, and log follow-ups in the internal CRM/system.
- Competitor & Market Analysis: Track regional market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to help refine business outreach strategies.

Qualifications & Requirements
- Education: Graduate or Post-Graduate in any discipline (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, B.Com, or BA).
- Experience: Freshers (0–1 year experience) or final-year students eligible for full-time work.
- Language Proficiency: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Key Attributes: Self-motivated, convincing personality, quick learner, and comfortable making outbound calls/pitches.
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Power

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
