Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Interior Site Supervisor to manage and supervise on-site execution of Wellora’s modular kitchens, wardrobes, and interior furniture projects. The candidate will be responsible for coordinating installation teams, ensuring quality and accuracy, managing site activities, and completing projects within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise day-to-day execution and installation of modular kitchens, wardrobes, partitions, and other interior furniture.
- Coordinate with carpenters, installers, electricians, plumbers, and other site teams.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, designs, measurements, and specifications.
- Conduct site measurements and verify site conditions before installation.
- Monitor installation quality, alignment, finishing, and overall workmanship.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure materials are received, checked, and stored properly.
- Identify site-related issues and coordinate with the Project Manager/Designer for timely resolution.
- Ensure the site is properly prepared before installation activities begin.
- Track daily progress and ensure project timelines are met.
- Maintain daily site reports, progress updates, and material records.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, and interior designers at site when required.
- Ensure proper handling and installation of hardware, shutters, panels, and other components.
- Monitor and minimize material damage,



wastage, and rework.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and safety practices at the site.
- Conduct final quality checks and prepare the site for client handover.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in interior execution, modular furniture, carpentry, or site supervision.
- Experience in modular kitchens and wardrobes will be highly preferred.
- Positive understanding of interior installation and site execution processes.
- Ability to read and understand AutoCAD drawings and furniture layouts.
- Knowledge of basic measurements and site-level technical details.
- Good coordination and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple workers and vendors at site.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
- Willingness to travel to project sites within and around Surat.

Pay: ₹10,145.92 - ₹30,343.43 per month
